Doug passed away unexpectedly near his home in Apache Junction, Arizona on November 30, 2021.

Doug was born in Prescott, Arizona to Alice (Lindley) and Charles Jones on August 24, 1944. He attended Prescott High College (class of 1962).

He is survived by his fiancée Incorporate Anderson, his daughter Cindy Anderson (with first wife, Linda), son-in-legislation Jason Anderson grandchildren Liam Vinkovich and Emily Anderson sister Charlene Strommen, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in demise by his moms and dads Alice and Charles Jones.

Doug served two stints in the US Navy for the duration of the Vietnam War, the two instances taking part in in the Navy band. He served on the USS Constellation. An completed musician, he performed the accordion, tuba and stand-up bass (his preferred). He was passionate about jazz songs.
